Sitting around the fire, watching the Fr. Ted Christmas Special for the 19th year in a row I just got to thinking how Ted winning the coveted Golden Cleric would have made for a great article on Clubify. Although it's possible mobile phones still haven't made it to Craggy Island. But on a more genuine note, on behalf of the Clubify team, we would like to wish you all the happiest of Christmas Day celebrations and very best of wishes for the new year ahead. We would like to thank you all for your support and enthusiasm in getting Clubify off to such a successful start. Could I also suggest, that before you pass the box of roses back to your siblings (minus all the caramel barrels), you tell them to download the app and follow your local club so they can stay up to date over in Australia, Dubai or whatever far flung place they're heading back to in the new year.

It has been a phenomenal few months for us, rolling the app out to clubs in 25 counties around Ireland and catering for 8 genres of sport. The app is now available in over 130 countries with particluar take up from The U.S.A, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Early indications and feedback are suggesting that clubs are particluarly impressed with the solution and are excited about getting off to a flying start to 2016 with the help of our suite of tools for clubs.

In the past few weeks, we have released a number of essential features for club officials including full Facebook and Twitter integration to allow articles to be published to Clubify as well as the dedicated club social media accounts with a single click. In our next release of the mobile app, which will be available in early January, clubs will be able to publish their weekly lotto results in a dedicated tab. It will also be possible to accept 2016 membership payments through the app, so members can pay instantly and without hassle.

But getting back to Craggy Island. Just imagine the excitement of the Islanders as Clubify notifies them of their historic 2-1 come-back against Rugged Island in the "All-Priests five-a-side Over-75s Indoor Challenge Football Match".
