Absolutely fantastic Friday last week on our lotto… Diane and Emer have just about recovered ! The saying is true – if you’re not in you can’t win – huge congratulations to regular lotto player and our winner from Friday night Danny Graham who takes home the jackpot of €10,400.

The clubhouse opens at 5pm today and Saturday, Sunday 12.30pm and 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
On Saturday the Munster Hurling Championship continues with 🏑 Waterford v Limerick throw in at 6pm (GAA+). On Sunday it’s the senior football finals in Munster and Connacht 🏐 Kerry v Clare at 1.45pm (RTE) and 🏐 Galway v Mayo at 4pm (RTE),
🏇Punchestown Preview Night What a fantastic night in the club last Saturday. Huge thanks to the organising committee, sponsors, those who attended and bought raffle tickets and to our panel Kevin O’Ryan, Busty Amond, Fran Berry and Ruby Walsh.
These nights don’t come together without a huge amount of work behind the scenes - well done and thanks to everyone involved👏👏👏.

🎶Session with CCÉ Leixlip We were delighted to have CCÉ Leixlip in the clubhouse on Sunday evening. Great session and some fantastic musicians, thanks to everyone who came along🤩 ☀️Summer Camps 2025 Summer is fast approaching so make sure you have your spot booked for our Cúl Camps in July and August. There are discounts when booking 2 camps at the same time and the gear looks good too this year !
We’re also delighted to welcome Sportzone back to Ardclough GAA on 5th August – it was a very popular camp last year so get in touch with Jason Carey if you would like to book. Again places fill up fast.
🏸Badminton Phoenix Badminton Club and Academy are renting our hall and most people around the club will have seen the new works completed on the hall floor.

🏐🏑On the pitch There was no stopping the games this week with lots of action all around the club and teams travelling around the county.
On Friday night our 12 D4 hurlers had a great win against St Coca’s. These and our D1 team have 1 game left in their leagues and are hoping to secure a semi final place in both. Our U13 hurlers travelled to Laois to play Clonad and were unlucky to lose by a small margin with an impressive display from the team. Hard luck to the senior footballers who also travelled on Friday to Ballymore Eustace who proved too strong on the night. 😔
It was all football on Saturday with our U7’s playing Straffan, our U9s at home to Celbridge , and our U10’s also at home to Straffan👏👏👏

Our U11’s travelled to Robertstown for a great game of football, lots of scores on both sides🤩
Then an early start on Sunday for our U8 hurlers, 20 boys and girls travelled over to Kilcock, absolutely brilliant 🤩 Our U14 D4 hurlers were out against Celbridge with an impressive win💪
And our U11 Camógs travelled the short distance to neighbours Rathcoffey for a blitz.🔥
Our U15 Camógs finished the days action with a great win against JTB in the afternoon👊
There was no let up during the week - well done to our Minor Hurlers who finished their last game with a 3-21 to 2-15 win against Coill Dubh which leaves them 3rd in the table and through to a semi final against Celbridge on Monday at 18.45pm 💪 well done and best of luck to the team 🤞
In glorious weather on Tuesday, our U14 D3 Edwards team travelled to Raheens and our D8 team were home to Maynooth with wins secured for both teams. Great teamwork and skills on display from this group 👏
Our Senior Hurlers in D2 were on the road , away to Broadford were it finished all square at 1-17 to 2-14 😅
A busy week for the U14s with the hurlers out on Wednesday and both teams winning 👊– the D2 team played Celbridge at home winning 6-7 to 2-5 and our D4 team were over in Sallins with Wolfe Tones were they won 4-3 to 0-8 – both teams are now guaranteed a semi final place with the D2 winning all 5 games and finishing top of their group 🤩 The D4 team have a few games left to see who they play in their semis.
Our U12 D2 Edwards team were over in Rathcoffey and won their game against Moorefield and our U13 Camógs in D1 had a great win against Maynooth 2-15 to 3-2 the final score. 👏👏
Thursday saw the U16 Edwards teams playing away to Raheens and home to Athy with both teams unsuccessful on the night, hard luck lads. Meanwhile, over in Confey our Senior Hurlers played Confey with a win 2-13 to 0-15. Both teams at the top of their respective divisions where we hope they stay. 💪🖤❤️💛

Our U14 D4 hurlers have a few games to play, they’re in action this evening away to Naas, while our 2 x U12 Edwards teams travel this evening to D2 Monasterevan and D7 to Suncroft.
Then its U8 & U10 Football for the bank holiday with our U8’s at home on Saturday to Leixlip and our U10s heading to Rathcoffey. And our Senior Footballers play at home against Castlemitchell at 6pm – best of luck to the team🍀
It’s an action packed hurling Sunday with our U7 / U9 / U11 teams out – U7s away to Milltown, U9s are with Naas and Leixlip at home and our U11s away to Round Towers. Our Edward’s footballers in U14 D8 play Naas and the last game of the camogie leagues takes place at 4pm in Ardclough when we play Leixlip – best of luck to the team. 🤞
Monday sees our U14 D4 hurlers out again 😮💨! They play EOCC at 10.30am in Donore - no lie in for these lads on a bank holiday 💪
Wednesday is football night for our U14s with all 3 teams in action and our Senior Hurlers are playing Naas in D2 on Thursday night – big night 💪– best of luck to the team and management 🖤❤️💛 hontheclochs 💪💪
