We would ask all teams and members to please take note of below in order to help keep the club looking at it's best and to ensure the safety of all our players.

Thank you to all our members who help everyday around our club – we are a team on the pitch and off it. We are extremely lucky to have so many fantastic members who volunteer in our club be it on the pitch coaching our many teams, maintenance of our grounds or on the many committees from lotto and our sports committees.

All-Weather Pitch
Through the generosity of our club members, the new all-weather was opened at the end of 2023 and has been as asset to the club during bad weather and to help with space for our additional teams.

No juvenile members should be on the all-weather without a coach or adult present.

In order to help coaches get access to the all-weather a lock with a pin code has been placed on the all-weather. This pin code should only be shared among coaches.
Only the appropriate footwear should be worn in order to protect the surface. Please refer to footwear guide below and ensure that the footwear guidelines are sent to visiting teams.
Rubbish has been left in the all-weather and stones thrown on the surface which will damage the surface. The gate must be closed and locked when training has finished.
Those watching training or matches in the all-weather are asked to remain outside unless appropriate footwear is worn.
This is to protect the playing surface for the benefit of all members.

Dressing Rooms and Lights
Each team is responsible for their use of the dressing rooms and facilities in the club. This includes visiting teams where dressing rooms are used.

Dressing rooms need to be swept out and tidied up after use and should be left clean and ready for the next team.

Please ensure if you are the last person to leave the grounds that all lights are turned off, the back door to the dressing rooms are closed and the all-weather and skills wall are locked.
Due to the number of different teams we have training each night and playing matches, the first person to open the dressing rooms may not be the last person there.

For the floodlights, please follow the instructions beside the generator to ensure the lights are turned on and off correctly (one at a time).

Sports Hall
The club recently refurbished the sports hall which was relined for basketball, indoor soccer and badminton. This is a great asset to have is now providing additional income for the club through rental to different groups around the community.
Only non-marking runners are allowed in the hall. No football boots as this will scratch the surface.
We would also ask that rubbish is not left behind as groups are using the hall and it should be left in a useable condition.

Please respect the facilities. They are there for all our benefit.

Thank you,
Executive Committee
